2.The table has a double-layer structure and a gas storage cavity, which greatly increases the empty adsorption capacity.

Main Functions
1. The loading method is gantry type suction cup loading, no need to dig a pit, does not affect the number of boards, and avoids the scratch of high gloss boards.

2. DEELEE labeling machine has the characteristics of fast labeling speed and rotatable labeling head. One labeling machine can service two to three CNC machines.


3. After labeling, the board will be automatically transported to the transverse conveying table, and its conveying direction is controlled by the central control system.

4. It is automatically positioned after being grabbed to the table by CNC machine, and then the processing is started. The nesting machine of DEELEE machining center supports 4/8, 4/9, 7/9 and 7/10 feet boards.
The board to be processed is sent to the corresponding board processing system to do the processing, milling, drilling or cutting of the board.

5. After the board processing is completed, the classified collection of boards will be completed by robot. Robot unloading can be stacked or connected into 4.0 unmanned production line, with high degree of automation. Standard man-machine combined material receiving mode, the minimum board size is not limited, and the output rate is improved to the greatest extent.
